Clarissa M. Rodriguez, Esq. is an attorney, bilingual keynote speaker and former cabinet-level agency head. Appointed by two New York State Governors and twice confirmed by the State Senate, she led the New York State Workers' Compensation Board, an agency of more than 1,000 employees serving millions of New Yorkers.

A proud daughter of immigrants, she rose from first-generation college student and community organizer to statewide leadership, and her honors include the 2026 Hon. Thomas S. Boyland Award and City & State's "Who's Who in Insurance."
