This policy describes how information is collected and used on clarissaspeaks.com (the "Site"). Your privacy matters, and the practice here is simple: collect only what is needed to respond to you, and never sell it.
When you submit a booking inquiry, the Site collects the information you provide: your name, email address, organization, event details and message. When you join the update list, the Site collects your email address. The Site does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information.
Inquiry information is used to respond to your request and coordinate a possible engagement. Email list information is used to share updates about upcoming projects, such as the leadership podcast and newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time, and your information is never sold or rented to third parties.
The Site is hosted by Netlify, and forms are processed through Netlify Forms. Call scheduling is provided through GoHighLevel, a booking and client communication platform. These providers process your information under their own privacy policies, solely to deliver their services.
The Site does not use advertising cookies. Basic technical logs and any analytics used are limited to understanding overall Site traffic, not identifying individual visitors.
You may request a copy of the information you have submitted, ask that it be corrected, or ask that it be deleted by emailing clarissarod.esq@gmail.com.
The Site is intended for adults and event organizers, and it does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
This policy may be updated from time to time; the date above reflects the latest revision.
